The firm consists of a professional staff of 17 people including 2 principals, Charles B. Montgomery, AIA ASLA and Keith Steger, RA, CSI.  HMS principals have a collective sixty years of project experience and have overseen the staff working together at HMS for the better part of the decade.  With approximately half of our staff being senior architects we have an in depth knowledge of the challenges associated with various building types.
